Bug report : "You don't have permission to use this command" #8

Describe the bug Trying to use the advancedbackups command on a dedicated server reports that you don't have permission.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set up a forge 1.12.2 server with the mod.
  2. In the console, try to use the advancedbackups command.
  3. Observe error

Expected behavior Have the command work. Every version was tested in a dev client environment - but not in a standard server.

Additional context Could affect other versions, but confirmation is needed.

Seems to be a mod conflict... couldn't repro with a brand new installation.
