ACCESSIBILITY - voice searches

Is this a function that's needed, or is it provided by user's system anyway, if they are using alternate input methods?

Nav needs to be direct to search box anyway.

If accessible navigation leads to the search box and/or the Browse by dropdown, then maybe the bases are covered. As long as it's a short process to get there! Voice-to-text should be enough to enter queries into a search box, once there.
