I think this should be one of the sticky features that appears on every page, though it won't get used all that often. IF there's room I guess. Clicking on it takes you to a Help page that includes links to more detailed brochures on Using a Finding Aid, or How to Do Research Using Primary Sources, for example, as well as a FAQ.

Not sure if this is a must have or a nice to have. :) 4/14: created a menu nav link bar at top RH corner of page. Help goes there. Now asking users if they even look for such a page!
