3 years ago Hi, Have you downloaded the very latest version? It is here http://www.bioblender.org/Database/BioBlender-master_19_11_2020.zip, and it's been update on the website only a couple of days ago.
If it is this version that you find problematic, please let us know. It works OK in our hands. Thanks for using BioBlender (or at least trying!)

I followed all the steps in the guide, and I installed the indicated python, but it isn't working. It says to upgrade to blender 2.8x and despite running it on both 2.9 and 2.8, I cannot get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
