RTMFP Broken on *nix #76

On linux, using a RTMFP server, I get RTMFPDecoder.cpp[43] RTMFP handshake decoding, Bad RTMFP CRC sum computing I've heard from someone on macOS they have the same thing

Hi Fancy, I am sorry we've stopped to maintain this project due to other professional commitment. If you get a patch to fix it, PR it and we will accept it!
