feat: projects directory

Feature Description

A directory page where users can view any (verified) project that has a gmon.link page.

Problem and Motivation

The landing page of gmon.link already shows the 9 most recently added (verified) projects, but there are already many more projects and will only get more.

To make gmon.link a resource for all, a directory page like gmon.link/projects where users can go to and;

Search for a certain project
View projects based on the associated tags such as 'dex', 'launchpad', 'personality', etc.
Scroll through the entire list of projects (lazy loads 9 more on scroll for example)
