Style: Persistent Navbar #69

What's the style idea? I would like to request the implementation of a sticky navbar on the website. A sticky navbar remains fixed at the top of the page, providing users with continuous access to essential navigation options as they scroll down the page. This enhancement can improve the overall user experience, particularly on longer pages.
