Integration testing with control package and dynamixel package

• [ ] update the control package in light of changes to the steering gearbox thingy
• [ ] run the control package
• [ ] run the dynamixel driver
• [ ] send twist messages (cmd_vel)
• [ ] verify that the wheels turn aprioproately
• [ ] probs need someone from mech with you
