Run stack on Nvidia Jetson Xavier

We'll be using the Nvidia Jetson Xavier on the ESDA instead of the Alienware or Hive. So we need to move the stack over and get it working.

• [ ] clone ESDA stack + dependencies
• [ ] get zed cam working
• [ ] get lidar working
• [ ] get piksi working
• [ ] udev rules
