Scrollbar fixed #6

Fixed the scroll bar to reflect the color palette throughout the website.

Not the biggest fan of the colouring for the scrollbar. I think it should blend in better so avoid using a blue. Perhaps make the its background semi-translucent as well. Also doesn't work on the other pages.
