Add bids kwarg_ to FilesetSpecs to pass a BidsSelector object.
Also add _bidsrun kwarg to Study and pick pass it on to the selector when the class is initialised

This functionality is now implemented by adding a 'bids_inputs' attribute into the study class, with the default selectors
