I tried to use docker version of LFQ analyst but failed.

The error message is as above.

Hi @Hayoung-hiro ,

Thanks for reporting the error. It was due to old way of installing bioconductor packages. I have now updated the recipe here https://github.com/MonashBioinformaticsPlatform/LFQ-Analyst/commit/b28f10f078bc9711b991035a73d81fc6c5597daf.
