Docs: Installation instructions out of date #2

Repo/branch is wrong, multiqc should also be installed.

Should be:

git clone https://github.com/MonashBioinformaticsPlatform/bio-ansible
cd bio-ansible/
ansible-playbook -i host bio.yml --tags bds,rnasik,star,subread,samtools,htslib,picard,qualimap,fastqc,multiqc
