Detect colourspace FASTQ data #197

... and warn the user early if the selected pipeline doesn't support it.

For ENA public data input, don't show results or allow adding of ABI SOLiD data (unless the given pipeline supports it).

This should have been caught by the initial 'seqkit stats' sanity check, however it seems 'seqkit stats' will happily work with colourspace data, so we need an additional/better sanity check.
