Proposal: drop "computing the value of a polynomial" in loops module #20

Some workshop participants have complained in the past that this is too mathsy, especially those from a non-STEM background.

I think this would be better replaced with a genome nucleotide frequency count example and/or challenge.

The polynomial challenge could be made a 'bonus challenge'
