use impute_customized for TMT and enhance error handling for enrichment analysis #5

In FragPipe earlier than 18.0, user can still has - in the sample name. This is a fix for such case.

@Hailey-Z I have some update here, can you take a look. Additionally, I will upload a dataset we are using. It doesn't show enrichment for GO and pathway analysis and have many proteins are imputed causing volcano plot a little bit weird, but actually a good example for us to test extreme cases.
