Use different log2FC threshold for different experimental platform #59

For LFQ and DIA workflow, change the default FCfilter to log2 =1 but keep 0.7 for TMT.

The known difficulty of implementing this is that we need to get rid of convertMenuItem https://github.com/MonashProteomics/FragPipe-Analyst/blob/9b023aaa26670fb3ae993f0527d9640f7cc40cf2/ui.R#L13

Fixed in 1ffa07d. It uses JS directly.
