added downloadable RData files

Added three new downloadable RData files in the save dataset section.

• Processed_SE
• Filtered_SE
• Imputed_SE

@hsiaoyi0504 Leo, could you please check if the first processed_se is necessary?

Plus, fixed a tiny bug in download unimputed_matrix.

Thanks @Hailey-Z, I will take a look soon, but we don't need to transform it back to the original scale. Also, for the spectral count, it will not be log2 transformed.

Hi @hsiaoyi0504 , if conversion back to the original scale is not needed, then the following temp1 need to change to temp, otherwise there is an issue when downloading this unimputed_matrix. Cheers
