added unload prompt before closing the website

@Hailey-Z I think docker file needs to be updated, too. Other than that, it looks good, but I do have a question. Does the unload prompt work correctly within RStudio preview? It looks like nothing shown and the window will be freeze when I tested it.

@hsiaoyi0504 Hi Leo, added the new package to the Dockerfile now. For the testing of unload prompt in RStudio, you can click the "open in browser" button, and then click anywhere on the FragPipe-Analyst. The message will pop up when you try to close the webpage.
