Volcano plots ERROR when using DIA-NN data and multiple experimental conditions (4) #92

I had a DIA-NN data set which included four experimental conditions wiht 4 replicates per condition. I uploaded the matrix.PG and the corresponding annotation file into the Fragpipe-Analyst v0.35. All worked well, except for the volcanos. The error shown is: "error:An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification". In the Volcano section, it doesn't allow you to select what two conditions you want to display in the volcano. The same error is on the pathway enrichment/GO section. Is there a fix? When i tried the Fragpipe-Analyist (v0.35) with combined-protein.group (it included only 2 experimental conditions), in the volcano plot section, i could see the drop down menu to select what comparisons to display in the volcano plot. This seems to "error" with DIA-NN data and multiple experimental conditions to compare.
