Re-enable Outfitter plugin #10

Need to re-enable the Outfitter compatibility and make it better. Turn it
in to a plugin of MRP instead of embedded code. Add a few features as well.

Looking forward to this.

I believe creating slash commands in the meantime would be just as useful, as 
you
could set up the following sort of macro:

/outfitter wear (outfit name)
/myroleplay (profile name)

This might be problematic in the future; Curse reported that Outfitter's dev 
called 
it quits.

There are other wardrobe/outfit addons out thereto detect and/or work with 
though , I
remember MRP at some point recognized me changing outfits in Wardrobe-AL, for 
example
(and I believe there are at least 3 or 4 other that are built on the same base;
Wardrobe, and therefore should work mostly the same).
