Wormholes might need some collision tuning

Some players have reported it feeling somewhat non-intuitive to use the wormholes.

Some options:

Remove all wormhole levels
Change wormhole collisions
- First touch results in teleport (less visually nice, but more intuitive)
- Something more complicated? (percentage? average point distance from wormhole?)

Consider checking the 'center point' of the player ship. This might feel nice.
