Removed CryptoNight v8 Waltz support #26

Sorry, @MoneroOcean. Since there are conflicts with adding CryptoNight v8 Waltz (https://github.com/MoneroOcean/node-cryptonight-hashing/pull/25), we decided to remove its support for our side. @MoneroOcean, we hope, this small coincident not took a lot of your time. However, if you decide not to remove it, but rename, feel free to do it.

About xmrig PR (https://github.com/xmrig/xmrig/pull/963), we also removed it from it to provide the most consistent code.
