"Storage is paid up until August 2020. If we want to continue warehousing supplies (Monero banners, PA system, projector, TVs, and miscellaneous conference supplies), we need to renew the contract for another year.

We could consider moving to a self-storage facility, which would be cheaper, but we run the risk of supplies getting stolen (this happened to Queercon) and we wouldn't have the benefit of a shipment drop service.

On the other hand, we are currently receiving a discounted storage rate due to the COVID pandemic. The cost of renewal for 2021/2022 might be a little more than 2019/2020."
