We may have some money leftover to pay for inexpensive lunches for volunteers. If you have ideas and/or dietary restrictions, please comment here or forever hold your silence.

Whoever agrees that it's a good use of time to try to at least relax for a half hour and enjoy a lunch that's coordinated in the way @SamsungGalaxyPlayer described, let's try to miss less meals this time and generally go crazy with zero breaks.

A challenge for us, I wonder if we will make it.

Off topic but a reminder for me: pick up whiteboard(s) if we don't already have them

If we get whiteboards, we may not be allowed to hang them from walls. Maybe you are thinking of free standing whiteboards or have a creative idea to use them without walls?
