EPIC:

As a site user I want to be able to select the quantity of the product I want so that I can ensure I don't get too many or too few of the product I want

Acceptance Criteria

[x] User can increase and decrease the selected number of an item by the number picker on each product item on the Product template page

Tasks

[x] Task 1: Add a quantity picker to the Product template, beside 'Add to Cart'

Quantity picker function is available on Product detail page, rather than on the All products page to keep page looking uncluttered.

Quantity limit is between 1 and max of 5.
