Location and Category search function

As a website user, I can select a Location and a Category so that I can see the zero waste shops in my area

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] 1) dropdown buttons on Location and Category launch data within
• [ ] 2) Search button launches search on database
• [x] 3) Available data returned to user via a Card for each shop

Tasks

• [x] 1) Create dropdown buttons on Location and Category to be populated from Shop model data
• [ ] 2) Add Search button to launch search on database
• [x] 3) Create Cards for each shop
• [x] 4) Send the information about the selected shops from the view to the template
• [x] 5) Fill in details about each selected shop from the DB
• [ ] 6) Only shops that are within the selected category and location are being displayed
• [x] 7) Page works on all screen sizes. On mobile, cards are stacked
