something like allow_in_selector so it can be used in the selectors before reaching love aff

For context: currently prevents being able to select nou outfit even after unlocking (because the outfit requires affectionate).

@ThePotatoGuy, alternatively, maybe it'd be better if we could specify the level of the unlock? The nou outfit would use None (can be unlocked at any level), but some event outfits could require less that love, that'd add some extra unlocks to aff/enam levels.
