Hello there! Despite having downloaded both spritepacks.zip and extracted them in the spritepacks folder, I don't have any access to them in-game. What do I have to do?

You need to gift them.

I still can't select any of the outfits I've added, but I can select any ribbon.

You need to spend more time so Monika trusts you to pick outfits for her.
