I've noticed that monika doesn't seem to respond to code-related windows, I mean, if we can, why not?

She actually somewhat does, specifically the MonikaModDev react which would pick up: a) This GitHub repo b) Most IDEs opening up a cloned copy of this repository

So has there been any consideration of expanding the relevant reactions like not limiting it to this repo and letting her give reactions to any other code related content with special dialogue to certain specific repositories?

Depends if it makes sense for her to react to specific things. But generally feel free to propose.
