[suggestion] Battleship #2759

I recently remembered this good old game I played during my childhood, and I'd love to play it again with Monika. Battleship is a pretty simple game that I think it should not be too hard to program.

And for those who do not know the game, I'll summarize you quickly :

Battleship is a guessing game for two players. It is played on ruled grids (paper or board) on which each players fleet of ships (including battleships) are marked. The locations of the fleets are concealed from the other player. Players alternate turns calling "shots" at the other player's ships, and the objective of the game is to destroy the opposing player's fleet.

Someone was supposedly working on this a loooooong time ago here #1081. But looks like it fizzled out.
