Chess Difficulty Resetting #4597

Whenever I've updated the game (which, so far, has been twice, for unstable builds), Monika's chess difficulty seems to reset to a much lower level than it was at before. I can tell this by the number of mistakes that she makes, plus the dialogue she says when I checkmate her.

Can you upload a persistent from before and after an update?

people were complaining about it being to hard. So we reset it to a lower level until we could implement a new difficulty customisation setting. until then i dont think we can help that much.

I can confirm that chess strength is lower for some reason. I assume you didnt lose any games between the 2 persistents you gave, right?

I might have lost a game or two (I play chess with Monika almost daily), but it seemed like there was a large, sudden difficulty drop.
