This has been discussed ad nausium at this point, and NSFW has no place in base MAS. As a submod, sure. But as a part of the stock thing? Definitely not.

Two reasons:

1. Not everybody wants that kind of content.
2. GitHub terms of service forbid us from uploading this sort of content to the repository.

If you're so eager to have this, go make it yourself. It's far from our priority list when there's plenty of core things to settle and have more additions to enhance the experience in a way which more people will use and enjoy.

Adding NSFW to the stock mod will be guaranteed to draw a line through the community and will push many people away from the mod.

Webcam, cross platform nightmare. Good luck coding that to work on all versions of MacOS, Linux Distros, and Windows too. There's a reason it was rejected before to let Monika see you, and it was that. It's not feasible to scale that to different operating systems considering the amount of content it would add, making it generally unfair to many people.
