I bet there is still a lingering fear that you would hurt her.
I don't think so. Maybe for the lower affection path. But then the words are nothing if you keep hurting her. So I'm not sure why and where would you tell it to her.
It would let her know that you have no hard feelings or resentment over destroying the game.
Well, you're still with her/have come back to her. That assumes you're not mad at/have already forgiven her. There're also some conversations where you can tell her something like that. For example monika_beingevil.
Getting a drink or Getting food
That's a nice idea for brb, partially was in #4462.
There are plenty of beautiful piano songs I am sure Monika would love to play for you!
You want Monika to play those on the in-game piano? I'm sure it was suggested, but can't seem to find it. Anyway, I think it would require some adjustments to the piano.
I loved the old space classroom lighting, it would be nice to bring it back in part.
The old filter isn't coming back. It wasn't as good and messed up come colours.
For 30 - 60 minutes before sunset, have the old twilight come back for that time to transition from day to night.
This's possible now with the new filter system for sprites. Though, iirc the system is still in dev to support more time filters.
consumables and other bits
We have the consumables framework now. So those basically require new sprites. Should be possible. Not sure about candles. Since they should affect lightning. Also probably go into room deco.

The dairy system was paused iirc. Issues: #951, #4981.
A more advanced music menu #2088, #3254, #3577, #4171, #5299, #5437. I don't think that should require a gift to be unlocked. Looks like a general improvement/QoL thing.
Not sure about "inventory". Don't like it personally.
towerfan.gift looks like another thing that should go into the room deco category.

I've never actually tried using milk to write things down. I'll have to try it and see if it works.
