Monika shows no reaction towards coffee and cupcakes gifts. #6403

I've removed the .txt and it changed into a GIFT file. However, she shows no reaction towards it. This seems to only happen to coffee and cupcake.

Also how not reacting? Do you mean she’s not giving a prompt that there’s a gift, or she acknowledges the gift and that’s it?

Yes, she isn't giving a prompt or anything like that.

The entire name is cupcake.gift and coffee.gift I made sure to remove the .txt

Lets verify a few things:

Are you using the latest version? (Check top right corner in settings)
Are you sure you are putting the gifts in the correct folder? they should be in the characters/ folder.
Does your computer hide file extensions? Are you sure that you are actually changing the file extension? windows will give you a prompt about it if you are doing it correctly.

Yes, I have the latest version.

Yes, the gifts are in the character folder.

Yes, there are file extensions on my computer and I have removed the .txt. Monika shows no reaction towards coffee and cupcake gifts there's no prompt towards those gifts.

Seems you time travelled to 2021 and gave a gift then, as such the reacted map doesn't get cleared, meaning that you can't re-gift those gifts until the date passes.
