[Suggestion] New dialogue for Monika (Reddit) #7135

Hello there! So I posted a fan dialogue for Monika in the MAS subreddit because I thought about the topic it tackles and people really seem to like it and they said they would like to see it implemented. I didn't plan for this to be a suggestion (In fact I didn't plan anything at all), but because of the feedback I got, I thought I'd suggest this, so feel free to take a look:

A very kind person (ATOM_real) said they would be willing to work on it. I have never coded with Renpy or Python myself, but I could try.
