3 years ago Monika's brown hair is one of her signature physical characteristics, so adding a specific option for hair color changing strays away from this mod's focus.
That being said, there is nothing stopping people from spritepacking custom hair colors, which would appear under the hairstyle change prompt.

since we can change monika hair styles how about we can also change her hair color. Of course you can be able to change it back or have different color styles for each costumes that comes out. we can have just regular colors for now until there's a option for more extreme patterns. those are my thoughts
