Can't install the mod on Mac #8216

I downloaded a fresh copy of DDLC for itch.io and followed all the instructions in the FAQ but I'm still not able to run the game

issue seems to be a Mac permissions problem. I'm not really familiar with how perms work in Mac so you will need to look this up yourself. Basically you need the DDLC game to have write access to its own app folder.

（I used machine translation） I'm facing the same problem. I did some research on my own, but I don't know how to change the permission settings on my Mac. 0.12.5 did not start as well, and I got the same traceback as this thread. I would like to know what the solution is. renpy-traceback.txt
