Trick Or Treating Option Still Exists #8590

I'm not sure if it's a problem on my side or what, but when I go to say goodbye, there is still the option to take Monika Trick-Or-Treating. I had assumed someone forgot to remove it, however, when I went into the code there appeared to be a time restraint in the Holidays script for the event. Your thoughts?
