This happened to me before, I remember seeing it somewhere, but I had done something wrong, All i can safely assume is that theres a small problem, But I forgot what the problem was, the problem isnt a big deal so you shouldnt worry about it, it had something to do with the files. (Edit- It might be kinda harder for me to help you because in the error it said that you were using steam, and I use the stand alone version, so Im afraid theres a chance I might not be able to help you

If you've read the code, It might have something to do with the renpy folder

I suggest you try to focus on the "Full traceback:" part

I'll close this because it's old. We're also switching to a brand new win api framework, so this will get automatically fixed.
