DDLC doesn't launch after install mod

It says this when i try to open it on steam after i unzipped the file and put it in the 'game' folder and tried to play the game. Maybe i did something wrong??? I checked the stuff in the guides and nothing really worked. (by the way do you have to play until the spaceroom part to unlock the monika after story part or does it start right away?)
