Being able to select hat + ribbon without either disappearing

Hello, I was wondering if it's possible to change up some things for the current hat selector so we can equip both hats and ribbons on Monika at the same time without having either one disappearing. Currently, the only available hat in the current version of the mod is the witch hat obviously obscures the ribbons, however, there are possible hat types like small sunhats or headbands which won't look bad when co-equipped with ribbons at all. Here's an example of how it may look below:

Currently all hats are considered incompatible with hair ties and some other stuff (like ahoge). If you changed acs type to something else (create a new temporary one), it'd work. @ThePotatoGuy I think we might need 2 types of hats: small and big. Or a better way to disable ribbons (since that's probably the only thing that can work with hats - ahoge and flowers probably won't?).

the headband ACS type doesn't conflict with ribbons, so thats covered. A new small-hat type would be enough to cover this case. I'll add the type.
