[Suggestion] - Sync weather/time #9362

This might be for a future project, but syncing the weather and sunrise/sunset to Monika After Story using some in-game weather radar that follows local radars that can be set I don't know the exact terminology or wording, but some computers and programs can display the local forecast for weather and sunrise/sunset, and maybe this can be implemented into MAS, not using an exact location but rather some "Local radar" location thingy to change in-game weather and the sun-cycle

Unfortunately that submod does not work anymore, and in fact after updating MAS today it gave an error whenever MAS started until I removed it from the Submod folder.
