Setting up Repository Configuration.

[ ] env vars are not set yet because values are unknown

Note that the lint-test-workflow is currently setup with nodejs, but we could change that to whatever we want. I personally prefer python for backends to be more aligned with stuff we learned from the immersion day. It's up for discussion.

Il manque le template pour la documentation, pour suivre la standardisation effectué sur les autres projets.

Je vais m'occuper dans un prochain issue de configurer les pipelines.

Sinon all good pour la config général!

C'est fait. Je crois qu'il est aussi possible de centraliser les templates et autres avec un repo .github. Je ne suis pas certain de comment ça marche exactement mais ça pourrait éviter du travail répété.
