Updated readme file #56

I updated and cleaned up the readme file. The pfSense 2.5 update broke all previous versions of this script. This version is confirmed to work with the updated wpa_supplicant file from the latest version of freeBSD, but not the one included in 2.5.1. Once pfSense patches wpa_supplicant from the latest version of freeBSD this should work on the latest pfSense distribution.

While I greatly appreciate that this is an option, quite a few of the ATT provided modems have self updated to make acquiring certs impossible. The original method should not outright be replaced with one inaccessible to some users entirely.

Yeah, I'm not using the certs mechanism, and I wouldn't want it to be completely broken.

It still works as-is on OPNsense 21.1.6-amd64
