Reproduction:

No matter how often I use it on someone, no matter how long I wait, the revenant ability blight does not work in the slightest. I've used it over and over, I've followed someone for ten whole minutes. It doesn't work. It just doesn't work. Either replace it with something else or just fix this.

it still has a minor use tho, in that it poisons plant growth
