Moonlight Amulette Malfunction #2126

Round ID: Unknown, I didnt get the chance to look at it but I don't think it'll be a issue.

the moon amulette from Moon Path Heretic does not work and for some reason sometimes mutes AND blinds [ the mute and blind might be from the fact I used it on a target that was crit but it still doesn't work on healthy targets] to reproduce this you'll have to become a Moon Path Heretic, research the Moonlight Amulette and put it on someone that has low sanity, in theory it should fail to work.
