Reproduction:

during meteor storms, while using the auto orbit feature, i noticed that several large hunks of rock keep repeatedly spawning inside the station. giving the shields that had been established no chance to shoot them down in the first place. on round 5480, at around an hour 30 minutes, a storm arrives and a rock spawns inside of arrivals, breaching it and making entrance to the station far harder. i know for certain that it spawned inside, because the arrivals shuttle was docked right as it spawned and blew a hole in arrivals near the security outpost.
