Floral somatory on revolution mode should be able to mutate plants but it does not

so we should probally remove the mode as we can't really do anything for the mutate function.. expect i quess add or remove 10 from any stat randomly

Why remove if we can try to fix a feature ?

oh damn, it did use to randomize stats... nevermind then
