Create content and formatting for presenting the organization's goals and milestones within the sponsors page.

The goals and milestones section of the sponsor page has been removed due to a concern for lack of content; there was little to report on here and the section felt unnecessary at present. Major milestones will be added as a featurette on the home page. If these begin to accumulate, the goals and milestones section should be reconsidered, maybe as its own page.
